Thank you for your interest in A Touch of Class Reunions.
We are a full-service reunion planning company providing
expert, professional services in the Tri-State area.

Let us transform an otherwise overwhelming project into an
enjoyable event to be had by all!
Feel free to compare our services with other Reunion
companies in the industry. What we offer is similar,
the way we deliver will exceed your expectations!
OUR SERVICES:

Consultation:
  • Free, NO obligation consultation;
  • No pre-packaged plans - we will work with you to design a
    package a venue featuring the menu and ambiance you desire;

Deposits & Finances:
  • A Touch of Class Reunions will provide all deposits and sign all
    contracts on behalf of your class. There is no obligation on the
    part of the commitee;
  • The fee for all of our services including any options chosen,
    postage, printing, research, etc. is built into the per person ticket
    price so there is no additional cost to you.
  • The most significant factors determining the per person ticket
    price are determined by the venue and bar options chosen. Other
    expenses such as the DJ, photographer, staffing, etc. are fixed.

Website:
  • A Touch of Class Reunions will set up and administer a fully
    functional website with integrated email in YOUR SCHOOL
    COLORS - a One Stop source for everyone to convene!

Entertainment:
  • A Touch of Class Reunions will arrange for an experienced and
    highly recommended DJ to work your event and create the festive
    atmosphere desired. Our DJ's are professionals experienced in
    reunions and offer a variety of music to suit your taste. Song lists
    and special requests are always welcome!
  • A photographer will be on site the ENTIRE night of the reunion
    to take the group photo, individual photos of each alumni and
    tons of candids throughout the event. These photos will be
    included in the Program/Memory Book which will be available for
    purchase and will be mailed to each guest shortly after the reunion.

Mailings & Alumni Search:
  • A Touch of Class Reunions will provide a minimum of three (3)
    mailings including an initial "Save the Date" announcement, a
    formal invitation and a final "Last Call" reminder notice.
  • An extensive search is done to locate alumni. Our search includes
    three major national databases as well as resources on the
    internet,  email and telephone.
  • All mailings include the Committee persons' names prominently
    displayed with our company name in the background. Our goal is
    for you and your Committee to get all the compliments for a job
    well done without the hassle of all the details.

Programs/Memory Books:
  • Our Program/Memory Book is a soft cover, yearbook style book
    which prominently displays your group photo on the cover and
    contains approximately 30-40 pages of content including
    information, photos and memorabilia provided by both
    Committee members and Alumni, the Alumni Directory as well as
    a bios provided by the class, a nostalgia and events section as well
    as all of the photos taken by our staff photographer the event of
    the event! A TRUE KEEPSAKE!!!

Decorations/Favors:
  • A Touch of Class Reunions can provide festive decorations IN
    YOUR SCHOOL COLORS (within your budget restrictions) as
    well as a custom personalized banner.
  • A Touch of Class Reunions can also provide *custom designed
    CD's including music from the year you graduated (*extra charge).

Staffing:
  • A Touch of Class Reunions will fully staff your event, for the
    entire evening, allowing you to relax and enjoy the party! We will
    register your Classmates as they arrive, distribute the Photo
    Name Badges and make sure all alumni have signed the guest
    book. We will handle all of the details - start to finish. You and
    your Committee only need to show up and HAVE A BLAST!

Communication:
  • We encourage an open line of communication between us and
    your Committee.
Each Reunion and every class has its own personality.

Your input is VITAL to the success of your event!
